TRAVEL WITH CLARITY

Our booking principles.

These are customer-facing principles for the website. Final trip-specific terms, cancellation deadlines and supplier conditions will be shown in your written proposal before payment.

Inquiry, itinerary & booking

Submitting an inquiry does not create a booking and does not charge your card. KINORA first reviews your request and develops a proposal. A booking becomes confirmed only after you approve the written terms, required services remain available, and the stated deposit or payment is received.

Flexible dates & changes

You may request exact dates or a flexible travel window. We will try to accommodate changes before confirmation. After services are booked, changes can depend on hotel, transportation, attraction and other supplier availability and may create additional costs.

Flights

International airfare is normally separate unless your written proposal specifically says it is included. KINORA may provide flight guidance or assistance where available, but travelers should not purchase non-refundable flights until their land arrangements and timing are sufficiently confirmed.

Cancellations & refunds

Your proposal will state the deposit, balance dates, cancellation schedule and any non-refundable components. Supplier rules can differ by hotel, activity and transportation provider, so KINORA will disclose applicable terms before payment.

Experiences & local connections

Some experiences, private visits, professional introductions, attractions and local hosts are subject to availability, operating schedules, consent and partner approval. We may recommend a comparable alternative when something cannot be confirmed.

Privacy

Information submitted through the planning form is intended to help KINORA respond to your inquiry and personalize your proposal. We will not ask you to submit sensitive payment credentials through this form. A fuller privacy notice should be finalized before public launch.

Travel documents, safety & insurance

Travelers remain responsible for valid passports, visas, health requirements and compliance with destination-entry rules. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Activity participation can also depend on age, health, weather and operator safety requirements.
